AUDITIONS

Professional dancer should:
— Have impeccable musicality and counting
— Move with fluidity and rhythm
— Be ready to be challenged
— Be able to cooperate and participate in team work
— Demonstrate excellent improvisation skills
— Embody Performance presence
— Be willing to learn and grow

We particularly encourage individuals from black and mixed ethnic backgrounds to apply.


Working Periods & Conditions:
The R&D and Creation Periods will happen on a project-base basis throughout 2026, 2027, and 2028, with touring dates extending beyond this period.

All applicants must be available for the first creation period of 2026:
18th October to 7th November at Orsolina28 (Italy) — travel, accommodation, full-board and fees provided.

This is a paid position (above ITC).
International dancers (outside the UK or the EU) are welcomed to apply; however, no long-hall International travel—outside the UK or EU—will be covered during the contracted periods.

AUDITION PROCESS

Successful applicants will receive an invitation to attend one of the in-person Auditions.
You will be able to choose to attend either in Birmingham or Barcelona.
